    Why is there a slight change from my last batch?
    All of the products are 100% natural and handmade so there might be a slight variation from batch to batch. Please be assured that the products are made fresh and we only use quality ingredients. All products are made in the U.S.A.

    How long do your skincare products last?
    The skincare products are all natural so no unnatural preservatives are used. The typical shelf life is one year from time of receiving. Depending on where you store the products also determines the shelf life. Since our products are oil based, they will last longer if kept in a cool, dry place and away from water.

    How soon will I receive my order?
    Once an order is received, we handcraft each item individually including bottling, labeling and packaging. Please keep in mind that handcrafted takes a bit longer than mass-produced items. Everything is freshly made. Please allow a week for your order to ship and another 3-4 days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, please email us, and we will try to accommodate your request.

    Yes! We try hard to only use recyclable, reusable, and earth friendly packaging.

    Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    Due to the fact that our products are freshly made, we cannot offer any exchanges. Regarding refunds, email us with your concerns and we will work hard to remedy the situation. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, so we can work on sending you a replacement. We try very hard to make sure our customers are happy, any problems or questions, please contact us.

    You can host a "Simply U" Party if you live in Los Angeles County or the surrounding area (Ventura, Santa Clarita, and Orange).

    Do I need to be there for organizing services?
    Yes! I work closely, one on one, with my clients. It is important that you go through the process of learning to let go of clutter, create space, organize, and keep only what you love and need. Also, having a professional organizer with you makes you finish the tasks quicker and with efficiency.
