Self Love 30 Day Challenge – Day 3

Spend time in nature. That’s pretty simple right? I don’t know what it is but nature has the most healing effect. Whether it’s trees, flowers, mountains, lakes or oceans just go outside, listen to the stillness and breathe. And if the sun is out, even better. While you can go with a friend or loved one, sometimes it’s better to go alone. Take a long walk and clear your mind. You got this! Love ❤️ Becca
