Self Love 30 Day Challenge – Day 16

Today starts the Year of the Dog. While this will bring change (and we all need it) it’s the perfect time to reflect and meditate. Take some quiet time for yourself and meditate for 10-15 mins. If the voices in your head are too loud, play a guided meditation to help keep you in the zone. When you’re done, write down anything that comes to you. Don’t try to think, just write. Free writing is one of the most productive things you can do to discover yourself especially after meditation. You got this! Love ❤️ Becca
