Day 1️⃣7️⃣…There are a multitude of vitamins you can take but some are especially important for having healthy skin. Vitamin A works as a antioxidant, Vitamin B3 works as a skin brightener, Vitamin B5 prevents skin water loss keeping your skin hydrated, Vitamin C helps create collagen, Vitamin D is a necessity in our bodies just like the sun is and helps maintain glowing skin and immune function, Vitamin E protects the skin from free radical damage, Vitamin K helps the body heal wounds, and Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids they help protect from ultraviolet damage. Some of these vitamins can be found in multi vitamins so you don’t have to take a ton of pills and in the foods you eat. I’ve found that even when I’m eating healthy I still need an extra boost from vitamins. Make sure to check with your doctor to make sure certain vitamins don’t interfere with any medication you are taking.
