Day 2️⃣0️⃣…We all know our skin is our largest organ but for some reason we tend to neglect it. Our skin plays a huge role in detoxification and shows us when there is a deficiency in our bodies. So what’s one way to create several health benefits? Dry brushing. Using a natural bristle brush with a long handle not only removes dead skin cells which in turn encourages new cell growth, but it also improves blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and helps your skin absorb nutrients. The best part about it is you don’t have to go to spa to get it done. All it takes is one minute before bathing. Remember to always start at the ankles and work your way up. Gently use circular motions and long strokes but be careful with your skin. Harder is not better in this case. Give it a try for a few weeks and you will notice a big difference in your skin.
