Day 2️⃣1️⃣…You know the phrase, “turn that frown upside down.”Well it is true. Did you know that smiling on purpose can actually make you feel better? Smiling on purpose changes your brains chemistry. Besides putting you in a better mood, smiling can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, reduce pain, and can build your immune system. What does this all have to do with skin care? You use certain muscles in your face when you smile and those muscles can help to maintain a youthful appearance. And on top of that smiling makes you more attractive so when you’re having a bad hair day or you find yourself running late…don’t forget to smile. 😀
