Day 2️⃣3️⃣…Chlorophyll is a super food and is found in leafy greens like spinach and kale. It’s a natural antioxidant that helps fight free radical damage. It’s been known to decrease wrinkles, repair DNA damage, detoxify the liver, and reduce cancer risk. Chlorophyll has a detox effect on your blood which helps deliver oxygen to your skin cells. Besides getting it in leafy green vegetables you can find chlorophyll as a liquid supplement. All you need is a tablespoon daily to see the effects on your skin. And because it’s in liquid form it goes straight to work on healing your skin. I will tell you it is not the best tasting but you can mix it with juice or water. The green coloring is very strong so be careful when handling the bottle. You can also find this ingredient in some green juices. It’s super healthy and natural with lots of benefits so it’s worth giving it a try.
