30 Days of Skin Care – Day 25
Day 2️⃣5️⃣…Sleeping on your back has many benefits on your spine and neck but it is also a natural anti-aging solution. Back sleeping helps your entire body relax, which reduces inflammation allowing better results for cell turnover in the face. Sleeping on your back can help you have fewer wrinkles on your neck. You also will not wake up with lines on your face and it allows fluid to drain properly, helping prevent puffy eyes. Repeated pressure from sleeping on your stomach or side will eventually lead to wrinkles and sometimes acne. We all know that our body heals while it sleeps so why would you not want to be in the best position for it.
