Day 8…Sometimes it is your hands, and not your face, that shows your age first. Hands age just like the rest of your body but how often do you take care of them? The skin on our hands is very thin and delicate which makes it prone to early signs of aging. Your hands are also exposed to the sun and harsh chemicals more often then you realize. So what is one to do? Treat your hands like you treat your face. Anything you put on your face can also be used on your hands. When washing your hands make sure to use a gentle soap. Exfoliate your hands once a week. If you’re going to be in the sun all day, apply sunscreen. Besides keeping your hands moisturized during the day, you will see a major improvement on your skins texture if you apply a serum and night cream on them before you got to bed. It’s not that hard. I always have a little left over after applying to my face and use the rest on my hands. And don’t forget keeping your nails manicured always helps your hands look pretty.
