As we enter the holiday season, our schedules get busy, and we tend to do more cooking. With organizing as my background, I like to plan my days to make things easier and cause less stress. I recently discovered Bringx, a company that delivers organic farm fresh produce (fruits & vegetables) straight to your door. While other companies provide food for you from the grocery store, here is why Bringx is so much better.
Everything is organic and straight from the farm to you.
Since there is no middle man, you can purchase organic farm-fresh produce for 30% less than grocery stores.
You get to customize your order exactly what you want. You can order an assortment of fruits and vegetables or the ingredients for whatever you plan on cooking.
The more people you get to order with you, the more you save. Each person pays for their produce and gets their separate delivery, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
You are helping local farmers and their families while saving money.
Everything is grown in Southern California, so you know where it’s coming from.
It’s a start-up company started by students to bring organic farm-fresh produce to your door at an affordable price.
They deliver to the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
For my first order with Bringx, this is what I received after letting them know what I did not want in my order, such as mushrooms, eggplants, and bananas since no one in my house eats them. My bag contained carrots, heirloom tomatoes, oranges, red onion, cucumbers, a mix of potatoes, curly kale, raspberries, goldenberries, and blackberries.
The fresh fruit was the first to be devoured. I was able to make salads, kale chips, breakfast potatoes with the rest. Now that the weather is starting to cool down, I am thinking about using the next vegetables I get to make some hearty soup.
Since the holidays are approaching and we are entering into the fall and winter season, I’m finding wanting to stay in the comfort of my home. Having a delivery service to bring me fresh produce that I can count on makes my life easier, especially during this pandemic. It makes one less thing I have to worry about.
