30 Day Self Love Challenge
Everyone knows the importance of water and yet most people don’t get enough of it on a daily basis. Hey I’m the first to admit that I fall in that group but I don’t want to because I recognize the importance of hydration. First of all it’s essential for our skin, tissues, cells and organs to function properly. It prevents us from dehydration, removes toxins, prevents water retention, helps lose weight, along with a list of other benefits. So why don’t people get enough of it? Maybe because it just seems plain and boring. I personally don’t like cold water unless it’s infused with mint, cucumbers, lemon or oranges so I have warm or hot water throughout the day. I also drink tea and eat lots of fruit and salads to help with my water intake. Just remember if you drink coffee, sodas or alcohol that you will have to drink extra water as these fluids dehydrate you. So today’s action is to drink water. Lots of it! And if you’re like me and don’t like it plain, splash a little something in it. And I’m not talking Vodka.
