Today is all about gratitude. I don’t care what is going on in your life, there is always something to be grateful for. And I suspect that it’s more than one thing. So today, take 5 minutes (I know you have 5 minutes) and write down everything that comes to your mind that you are grateful for and I mean everything, no matter how small. Sometimes it’s the small things that we don’t think about that are our biggest treasures. This is a good practice to do in the morning after waking up or right before going to bed. Daily gratitude helps put things in perspective especially on those tough days. This ones too easy not to do and the reward is priceless.
