What is the one piece of advice I would give someone about how to attain the key to happiness? While several things come to mind, one stands out above the rest.
Giving yourself grace and loving yourself is the best way to start anew.
When it comes to the Law of Attraction, you can’t set an intention, manifest it, or be in vibrational alignment unless you love yourself enough to recognize that you deserve so much more.
It all starts with learning that self-love is the key to happiness.
When you are in vibrational alignment with your feelings, the Law of Attraction works. It will be more difficult to manifest if you do not practice self-love because you will be coming from a place of want and need rather than allowing things to happen organically.
Self-love creates freedom within ourselves, allowing good things to enter our lives.
The new year can bring on self-doubt as many people make resolutions to lose weight, find a new job, or find that special someone. This causes you to focus on what you don’t have, resulting in a negative state.
The more we concentrate on what we don’t have, the less we attract. The universe pays attention to what we say and how we feel. When we focus on what we don’t have, the universe thinks we want less since that is what we expect. The same is true if you think about all you have and how grateful you are, the universe will surprise you, and grant you more.
Do you ever wonder why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer? Lack attracts more lack and vice versa.
When you put yourself first, on the other hand, you create a powerful vibrational alignment of love without judgment. This love attracts additional love.
If you’re unsure how to proceed, imagine how you would treat someone you care about and recreate that scenario for yourself. Instead of waiting for someone else to do it, treat yourself now.
Self-worth begins and ends with you and is the key to happiness.
Once you’ve reached a state of vibrational alignment, sit down and write down some goals. Simply ensure that they are attainable and always start with smaller goals first.
I always tell people to start with small goals because they are easier to achieve, and the fact that you achieved them creates the positive vibrations you require to receive more.
Your energy shifts when good things happen and when they do you need to remember how you are feeling in that moment so you can recreate it later on. That feeling of accomplishment is what will motivate you to achieve even more. So goal setting is very important.
